Do you love to run but worry about getting injured? Don't have a lot of time for strength and mobility work and don't know where to start?
Join me for an exercise class that covers the basics so that you can stay strong and prevent injuries! The session can be done at home with minimal equipment, all you need is a mat and a space to move. Weights and elastic resistance bands are optional. The sessions will improve your running performance too.
I am a certified health coach with a PhD in Sports Physical Therapy. I have a passion for running and have completed a 56 mile ultramarathon in South Africa. I have also had my fair share of injuries and, therefore, my advice comes from personal experience as well as clinical research.
