This package includes 4 sessions that are one hour long each.
Our first session will involve learning about stress and different ways to manage stress in healthy ways. We will end that session with a reflection and your choice of meditation practice (breathing, guided meditation, etc.). After that, each session will include coaching and conversation that focuses on your personal preferences and you will learn different ways to relax and manage stress.
