As a nutrition coach integrating mindful eating principles, I approach wellness from a holistic perspective, recognizing the intimate connection between mind, body, and food. With a focus on mindfulness, I guide clients to cultivate a deeper awareness of their eating habits, sensations, and emotions surrounding food. Through personalized support and education, I empower individuals to make conscious, nourishing choices that align with their unique needs and goals. I also work with people that have been recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and/or having difficulties adjusting to a gluten free way of life. As a nutrition coach living with Celiac disease, I understand firsthand the challenges and adjustments that come with a new diagnosis. Drawing from my personal experiences and professional knowledge, I offer tailored support to navigate the intricacies of a gluten-free lifestyle. Together, we explore practical strategies for meal planning, grocery shopping, dining out, and managing social situations. My goal is to empower clients to embrace their diagnosis, thrive on a gluten-free diet, and lead fulfilling lives with confidence and vitality
